WA-XO-BE Archers Archery Club is made up of archers from beginners to professionals dedicated in promoting and developing the sport archery in New Jersey to all ages and skill levels. WA-XO-BE Archers, Inc. is one of the oldest archery organizations in the State of New Jersey as well as one of the most well known in the National Field Archery Association of the U.S.A. (NFAA). It has produced countless state champions as well as numerous national champions throughout the years. Our Membership has proven itself as possibly the best and most successful club during every hunting season over the years in New Jersey.
WA-XO-BE Archers began back in 1946 in Milltown, NJ. The club's first archery range was built in a sandlot behind Schwendmann's Taxidermy Store. In 1969 WA-XO-BE purchased a 22.9 acre property in South brunswick, NJ. Since then WA-XO-BE Archers has developed over the years to become one of the premier archery clubs in the Mid-Atlantic area complete with 5000 sq. ft. indoor range, a 28 target outdoor range, two practice ranges, clubhouse and picnic area all nestled into a beautiful treed setting. WA-XO-BE Archers has developed and improved it's Hunter Education Safety Program and has instituted a Junior Olympics Program (JOAD) in coordination with the township recreation commission. WA-XO-BE has also hosted many archery training programs for beginners to seasoned professionals.
